Tips for faster support:
- If you have an issue with a specific load, we can assist you more efficiently if we can get the actual load. Please do an export for us using the Export button in the Load Setup screen. This will save all the information we need into a single file that can then be attached to an email. An export in XML format is preferred. You can change this just below the file name in the Save dialog.
- Provide a contact number and email address
- Describe your issue or question in as much detail as you can. What were you doing? What are your goals?
