How We Keep Your Information Safe?
Your information is protected against all kinds of threats that include alteration, unauthorized access or disclosure, destruction and loss. The information is protected in a variety of ways depending on where we store it and how we use it. We have service providers and business partners in many parts of the world. For example, we may need to transfer information to a company located outside the United States, in which case we would rely on the Privacy Shield Network, which is an agreement between the US and EU governments. Where countries don’t have an adequacy decision, we would sign specific governmental legal texts.
How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?
Information is deleted at the very latest one year after you originally contact us and if the relationship has expired. We will only keep your data if legislation requires us to keep the information for an extended period, or if other special circumstances apply. If, for example, you have participated in contract negotiations via emails, we may keep the relevant emails for as long as the agreement is in force or longer depending on the nature of the agreement.
